My husband and I stayed at Hotel Fénix this October and honestly it was amazing. From the moment we arrived they treated us wonderfully and we felt super comfortable.
I have to especially mention Santiago, Antonio and Jean Paul because they were incredible. Always attentive, super friendly and willing to help us with anything. They truly made a difference in our stay.
The hotel is great, the rooms very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for getting around Madrid and exploring the city. Breakfast was also very good.
In summary, if you’re looking for a good hotel in Madrid with excellent service, Hotel Fénix is a great option. We were delighted and will definitely return.

A lovely hotel just a short 15 minute walk from the centre and on the circular bus route to get to the bus and railway stations. The only issue was the noisy groups of elderly travellers having breakfast in the morning. Although they were seated in a separate area, they decimated the breakfast buffet ...
