Todo magnífico: la habitación, el personal, todas las instalaciones, el desayuno. No puedo poner ninguna pega, quizás que no hay mucho aparcamiento cercano. Las piscinas del espacio wellness tienen todo lo necesario, son amplias y no están masificadas. La exterior es increíblemente agradable por el contraste del agua caliente y el frío exterior. Es muy reconfortante poder tomar un té después del baño. En la habitación destaco la comodidad y los detalles de bienvenida, los polvorones y el minibar de cortesía. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Esperamos volver a disfrutar de este gran hotel pronto, de su jardín y sus vistas.

Son muy atentos y detallistas. También corrigen generosamente sus errores. Pero no deberían tener errores...Y los hay. No deberían cobrar por la piscina interior, sobre todo siendo tan, tan básica. Grande, pero nada más. Me faltó algún zumo en el Spa. El buffet del desayuno es un poco caótico. Por favor, bolsas para la ropa sucia. Y tb le faltan zonas de estar comunes, revistas, periódicos, libros, juegos. Actividades. Por lo demás, Excelente.

Erholung in schöner Umgebung – mit Abstrichen beim

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen – mitten in der Natur und dennoch nur etwa eine Stunde von Madrid entfernt. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, die Betten sehr komfortabel und auch der Wellnessbereich, wenn auch nicht besonders gross, ist geschmackvoll und angenehm. Leider entsprach der Service nicht ganz dem, was man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet. Der Check-in verlief recht träge und im Restaurant fühlte man sich eher abgefertigt als willkommen. Das Personal wirkte insgesamt gestresst und nicht besonders aufmerksam oder freundlich – hier besteht eindeutig Verbesserungspotenzial. Trotzdem lohnt sich ein Besuch – vor allem wegen der tollen Lage und der hochwertigen Ausstattung.

Es absolutamente extraordinario. El spa es maravilloso, las instalaciones limpias, aforo controlado, servicio impecable, una experiencia unica. El hotel es fabuloso, las habitaciones insonorizadas, gusto exquisito por los detalles, carta de almohadas, cafetera e infusiones en la habitación, amenities en el baño, la cama comodísima. Hotel, piscinas, comida y personal excelente

Esta fue mi primera estancia en este hotel-balneario y la duodécima en los de la cadena CT (Castilla Termal), y no será la última. A mis hijas de casi 10 y 2,5 años, a mi pareja y a mí nos encantaron tanto el hotel como sus piscinas termales (interior y exterior), su cocina, y su personal, tan amable como el de los demás hoteles CT. Como este lo habían inaugurado hacía pocos meses, la piscina termal exterior tenía aún "retoques pendientes", pero la interior nos pareció posiblemente la mejor de las de los cuatro hoteles CT que conocemos, por ser la más grande y mejor equipada. Por otra parte, también nos gustó mucho la comida que sirven: el desayuno es variado y de calidad, y la cafetería es una muy buena opción para una cena informal sin renunciar a probar platos originales (y darlos a probar a las niñas).
