I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

My stay at Quers Inn was absolutely flawless. Right from the start, the amazingly friendly staff made check-in a breeze and made me feel genuinely welcome. My room and the entire hotel were completely spotless, which let me truly relax and feel at home. The highlights of my mornings were definitely the amazing full breakfast spreads. Plus, the location could not be more convenient-just about everything is in walking distance. I was visiting some friends and it was within walking distance to their place. Also, having an Aldi grocery store directly across the street was handy, and the quick bus access across the street to the train station in Uster made zipping into Zurich and exploring other places completely stress-free. I definitely will be staying there again.

The hotel was fine but not having a great cooling system was a big negative . They did give us a fan which helped but for the nightly rate I expected air conditioning. Zurich is a very interesting place but very expensive.
