"Super friendly welcome by the hosts. The room was large and comfortable and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the horses. The pub in the village was about a 5 minute drive away and was fantastic."

"Stayed for one night, with my son, for a Mazda MX5 car meet up in the car park- the reason for our stay. The hotel is very nice. We had a meal in the Savvy Fox - i like the decor. The meal was very nice - but not cheap. The twin room was very basic, but was clean and adequate for a one night stay. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. "Check in was a bit antiquated. Paper and pen in the 21st century. Also 2 reception desks but with unequal queues. Bend linen a bit starchy, and of course they all use that industrial cleaner from sketchleys which smells terrible The towels smelt terrible as well It really should be that the linen and towels are cleaned with a domestic soap powder like aerial or bold, or with a conditioner like comfort so that customers get the wow factor of the room smelling like home rather than a hospital."

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable."

"北Walesに入る前泊として、60代夫婦が宿泊したホテルです。当日は列車が大幅に遅延したため、チェックインがその日のラスト一組だった私たちでしたが、快く迎え入れてくれました。 何よりも嬉しかったのは、ウェルカムドリンクとして、ワイン一本を無料でプレゼントしてくれたことです。 部屋には扇風機が設置されていて、快適に部屋内での時間を過ごせました。大型画面のテレビにて、サッカー・ワールドカップの試合も、迫力満点の映像で楽しめました。 チェスター駅からは少し離れているので、駅とホテルの往復にはタクシーの利用がおすすめです。(£5.5〜6.5くらいでした)"
