During your stay, take advantage of the expansive back yard and take in the breathtaking river view from the covered and screened-in back porch. The master suite, complete with a king-size bed and private access to the back porch, offers a cozy retreat. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a two twin beds—both overlooking the serene back yard and the tranquil Clinch River.

This is the one!
This house has even more space and charm than the photos convey! The house is situated on a nice, quiet street in a lovely area. I loved the roominess, tasteful decor, the screened porch and yard and more. The hosts were communicative and responsive to every need. In fact, they seemed to anticipate every need and desire ahead of time. This has been the best experience and we would stay here again and again!

Great Family Home on the River!
We loved the welcoming and comfortable feel of this vacation home. Great mix of the classic, original charm with modern updates. Awesome, spacious, fenced in backyard was perfect for our children and dog. The river provides great place for kayaking and simply enjoying nature. Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
