「The property is well located and pretty comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped, which allowed us to cook without any problems. At times, the air conditioning didn't seem to be enough for the apartment.」

「This apartment was super convenient to the train station. It made my arrival and day trips from Venice very easy. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well furnished. The neighborhood was busy with tourists, but it felt safe. The apartment was quiet. The instructions for using the apartment were well documented. The host communicated very well. If you have mobility issues, be aware you will need to climb some steps. I was pleased with this apartment for my first trip to Venice. Thanks!」

「ベットルームはたくさんあるし、食器もたくさんある。 大人数での長期滞在に適してますね。 但し、シャワー室が小さ過ぎですね。中に棚が無いので、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープと切り替えするときはシャワー室から出ないといけません。 日本人が使うと満足行かない部分ですね。海外は全て一緒ですね。 それと、ヴェネチアは海抜が低いので、キッチンの排水が逆流してきます。 シャワーの排水は詰まってはいないのですが、長時間シャワーを浴びていると踝下くらいまで水が溜まります。 これはどうしようもないことだと思います。 全ての現象がヴェネチアであり、それを納得する。そうすれば問題にならないですね。 自分の経験値アップ。 それが海外旅行の醍醐味ですね。(笑)」

「The location is amazing.But the property, although it has potential, we found the following issues:1. Property is not well cleaned and maintained - lots of garbage on the patio area. Paint wall coming off in several spots and walls and doors dirty. Blankets and duvets stained or dirty.2- not enough supplies for a family of 7 for 3 nights. We had to buy more paper towel, toilet paper, detergent because they don’t leave enough.3- could leave some extra towels since they don’t dry. We had to use...
