「From the moment we booked, this hotel was fab. The manager resoonded straight away when our plane was delayed, and reassured us our room would be held for us and someone would be available to let us in however late it was. The room was spacious, light and clean. They cleaned our room every day, and left clean towels when needed. Plenty of space to park, for free. 「レッチェ駅から徒歩３分ほどのところにあり、鉄道旅行には大変便利なロケーション。建物はやや古い感じだが、部屋は十分な広さがあり、湯沸し器もついていてとても快適に滞在できた。今回はスタンダードルームを３泊予約し、バスタブ付きの部屋をとリスエストしておいたところ、案内された部屋はバスルームがとても広く、しかもスパパス付であった（アップグレードしてくれたのかも？）。さらにクローゼットには木製ではないハンガーがたくさん備えてあり、洗濯物を干すのに非常に便利だった。また朝食についても、イタリアには珍しくサラダがあったり、サンドイッチやフォカッチャなどもあって、とても充実していた（ただし７時のオープン直後だとまだ置いていないものもあり、全部揃うのは７時半くらい）。」
