"We’ve stayed at this BW multiple times and it is always very good…our room this stay was smaller than most we have stayed in and the AC unit was loud unfortunately. We mentioned it upon check out and the staff apologized said they would have maintenance look at it right away. Will continue to book with this Hotel as it is in a great location and has an amazing restaurant."

"It was a very comfortable stay with a big bed, modern clean bathroom with shower gel (a rarity in South America that you can't buy in shops). It was small with no closet or even coat hooks to hang clothing."

"The hotel is very run down. The room smelled of smoke. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, so bad that it made sleep completely impossible. There was NO hot water, so a bath or shower was out of the question. The breakfast was abysmal - a stale bagel and weak coffee. Not that I wpuld have used it, but the waterslide and pool were also out of commission. Stay away!!!"
