"This hotel is aging, although it was in an okay state of repair. Furniture in my room was very tired and worn. There was no outlet in the bathroom, which was very annoying for getting ready in the morning. Despite hanging the sign on my door to have my room cleaned from 730am-430pm one day, nobody came. It was an okay stay, nothing horrible happened, but it wasn't great either."

"We had a really nice stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great and everything else met our expectations. The only downside was that the hotel does not have parking available, which made things a little inconvenient. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."

"Booked this hotel based on an 8.4 rating but this is no where close to that rating . It was clean and comfortable but very much in need of an update . Not a terrible stay but will book something better if in Nelson again . Travelled with my wife and this isn’t a couples hotel any longer . "
