「The location was very convenient and we enjoyed being away from the center of the city. We were still near many restaurants and a nice grocery market. We appreciated the 2 bedroom layout and the well appointed kitchen. The bathroom had lots of space to put things, so we didn't have to carry toiletries back and forth. 「We had an amazing stay. Check in was very easy and the property is located in a local area that is quiet and relaxing. We loved eating nearby and the VRBO was perfectly located close to the water bus stops. It was also very nice to be able to wash our clothes. I saw another review from someone saying there isn't a way to dry clothes but that person obviously doesn't pay attention, everyone on the island hang dries their clothes. We had an outstanding stay here and I highly recommend.」

「This place has been "partially" remodeled. The kitchen is very old and the sink was clogged before we used it. No shower gel, shampoo and soap bar available, even we asked for them. We ended up to a local store to buy them. The pictures look better than the real situation. A storage space under the stairs was filled with smelly wet towls and cleaning stuff. 「Accommodation is well located to explore Venice. The air conditioning was broken and no communication until I contacted agency. The replacement did not work. We did not sleep because of the heat. Sorry would not recommend this accommodation. 」
