「Ottimo appartamento situato nel centro di Velletri, distante circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Catia, la proprietaria, è stata sin da subito disponibilissima nel rispondere a delle mie domande e a consigliarmi come muovermi in paese, fornendomi anche delle convenzioni con alcune attività commerciali locali. Ottima pulizia e curato nei minimi dettagli con anche macchinetta del caffè,capsule e varii stuzzichini. Bellissima sorpresa arrivare e trovare l'appartamento già fresco e con un ottima...

「Mario was one of the most welcoming and hospitable hosts I’ve ever had. Communication was timely, polite and helpful. My flight arrived early and Mario and his team were able to have the room ready before the standard check in time. He provided helpful tips throughout my stay and helped arrange a taxi back to the airport as well. While I was visiting I felt like I was coming home. Thank you Mario and team」

「Communication with the host was challenging, as he messaged us in Italian despite knowing we didn’t speak the language. We tried using a translator app, but it was difficult to understand instructions. He expected to meet us in front of the apartment, which was hard to locate using the directions provided—they led us to a narrow, one-way alley.The host saw us but continued to give directions only in Italian. We were unsure where to park and were eventually directed to a paid lot that was not...
