「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」

「This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. 「Der Blick aus der Wohnung war schon etwas besonderes. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Standort war für uns ideal. Ruhig aber dennoch alles mit nur kurzer Fahrzeit erreichbar. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. 」

「Sehr angenehme saubere Stadt mit sehr hilfsbereiten Busfahrern (ich bin Rollstuhlfahrer). Alles erreichbar innerhalb der Stadt. Menschen untereinander sehr angenehm und freundlich. Ruhig; im Zentrum und doch am Rand. Guter Ausblick mit bemerkenswerter Skyline am Abend. Wunderbar angeordneter Geschäftswelt. Sehr empfehlenswert. Ferienwohnung: Guter Preis; Freundlicher Umgang; Einrichtung gut und passend inkl. Kochnische u Zubehör. Jederzeit gern wieder.」

「This place was amazing with the best views of the lake and mountains. Very big bedroom and nice new kitchen. A little confusing about parking since this property does not offer free parking and you will have to figure out where to park and for how long. Read city signs carefully. 」

"ケーブルカー駅の目の前！重たいスーツケースを持っていても、すぐにルガーノ駅に到着できます。午前中に到着しましたが、フロントスタッフは快くチェックインを許してくれ、部屋に入ることが出来ました。ホテルは様々な観光にアクセスが良く、立地も最高です！無料の朝食はおいしく、とても満足しました！また泊まりたい施設です。スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました。"
