4. Cozy one-bedroom apartment 700 meters from the Center of Lugano- PRESTIGE 28

カッサラーテ

「This unit is located close to the water, bus lines, and a reasonable walk to the restaurants. Bus lines will connect you from the train station to nearby the apartment. The building was well-maintained, quiet and clean. Although in a city region, the street that the building was located on is quiet by day and reasonably quiet at night -especially for a weekend. There was some street activity of people and cars but not at all excessively noisy. The apartment is small, but was fine for three...

13. Bright one-bedroom apartment with garden close to Lugano Centre - PRESTIGE 5

カッサラーテ

14. Modern Apartment close to Lido di Lugano (LIDO 1)

カッサラーテ

「Simple appartment in a block of flats. The kitchen is small and poorly equipped, given the size of the flat. Be aware that it has no air-conditioning. (We noticed, because it was >33°C outside.) Big rooms, we slept well. No dedicated parking available, so we had to look elsewhere for public parking, which was no big deal, though. Communication with the agency was a disaster. After I reserved the object, I was directed to their web page via email to provied more data and pay the tax. However, the...

15. Wonderful two-bedroom Apartment with a Bright Open Space in Lugano - PRESTIGE 34

カッサラーテ

「The apartment is conveniently located, well-equipped and clean. There is no A/C, which was transparently stated, but a large fan was provided and was very helpful. Unfortunately, the apartment had a bad smell and felt rather sparsely and impersonally furnished, lacking warmth and character. Also make sure to double-check your car’s dimensions before using the parking garage. We were informed via WhatsApp only 45 minutes before our confirmed 3pm check-in that the apartment would not be ready...
