Amazing stay

Really lovely accommodation! The views were amazing and the apartment had everything you required. The location was perfect and not far from all restaurants We would definitely stay here again if visiting lake como!

Great apartment, needs new pillows though

Great spacious apartment. Nice pool but could have been cleaner but was great to sit around and play in. Varenna was a nice are, very quiet but lots of restaurants. Not much food choice in the local shops which was difficult so we didn’t get to use the kitchen area. The apartment had plenty of bed space, however, we weren’t supplied with enough bedding. We asked for sheets for the bed and extra pillows but they did not have any sheets or duvets for the spare bed, and the few pillows we had between us were the thinnest, cardboard-like pillows you can imagine. This place would be a 10/10 if the owners supplied more comfortable beds and pillows. Great place though.

Nära till tågstationen och lätt att ta sig med bil, som vi gjorde. Otrolig utsikt och nära till flertal restauranger. Ägarna var väldigt enkla och behjälpliga. Vi hade inte bokat någon parkering för vår bil i förväg, men de hjälpte oss med det när vi kom på plats. Enda nackdelen var att fjärrkontrollen till tvn var borta så tvn kunde inte användas. I övrigt kan detta boende varmt rekommenderas!

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung hat bestens geklappt. Die Klima ist zwei mal ausgefallen, das Problem wurde aber sofort behoben. Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war alles gut.

Well placed for Varenna and Lake Como

Nice studio apartment 10 minutes walk from the centre of Varenna. Clean, well equipped, lovely views. Unlike some other reviewers we found the owner charming and helpful. No deposit needed, all smooth and easy. Nice stay

The apartment was nice and modern with amazing views of the lake. Location was perfect- very close to train station and ferry port, moments walk to Varenna and Marco the host was very attentive and helped with any questions. There is a fabulous little deli supplying iced coffees just 2 minutes down the street and a restaurant which we did not get the name of just 20 seconds up the road which served the best caprese salad we tried over our stay. The only downfalls to our stay was the general cleanliness of the property as a whole. Firstly, to take a glance at your apartment it would appear to be cleaned to an ok standard, but upon closer inspection, all mugs and glasses supplied in the kitchen appeared to be dirty and caked in remnants of food from past visitors. The coffee machine and iron didn’t work correctly. We also experienced many spiders and bugs in and around the property, for us, it seemed it was just in the need of a deep clean as the balcony had many cobwebs. Also while we hoped to use the swimming pool during our stay it did look a little untended to. This did not impact our stay horrendously as the upsides if the apartment were fabulous and definitely balanced it out, but perhaps just a suggestion to make sure whoever is cleaning the apartments to be a little more thorough in order to make it a perfect stay.

Wonderful apartment on Lake Como!

This property exceeded our expectations! The town of Varenna was outstanding, and this flat was perfect. I’d highly recommend it, and would absolutely book a holiday there again.

Great views! Highly recommend

Just got back from our trip to Varenna. Unit is upgraded with a modern look and feel. Most importantly it had AC! Thank you for having AC (especially in August). The apartment is right next to the train station (don’t worry, you can’t hear it with the windows closed) and a 10-15 min walk to the central area. Super convenient!! Easy to communicate with the property manager and key pickup was a breeze! Highly recommend to Varenna visitors.
