Our staff member Cosmin was the the most amazing and so helpful with our bags and transfers from the airport as well as to and from the train stations! He gave us incredible recommendations as well for dining! The suite we had was SPECATULAR and was perfect for our family! I would highly recommend staying at the Palazzo San Luca it was the most incredible stay of my life! Thank you so much!"

"Victoria checked us in and she was very friendly and thorough. She also helped us with directions to various places. Alice helped us make our queen bed more comfortable by providing us with a mattress topper - Grazie Mille Alice. The room itself is small but decorated beautifully and ver clean. The bathroom was very nice and very clean. The neighborhood is loud and noisy but things do quiet down after 11:00 (23:00). The hotel is steps away from Saint Marls Square which is perfect. "

"The property was extremely close to all major squares and landmarks that Venice has to offer. But it also had small quiet alley ways which was perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle.
