水上バスからのアクセスが良く、落ち着いたエリアにあるため人も少なく、ホテル周辺ではゆったりと過ごせました。 徒歩で有名スポットにも行けるので、短い滞在でも非常に有意義な時間を過ごせます。 唯一残念だったのは、朝食が9:00〜だったため移動の都合で食べられなかったこと。 それ以外はとても快適で、立地・滞在ともに大満足のホテルでした。

Das kleine B&B hat nur 4 Zimmer und liegt ganz in der Nähe von den Haltestellen der Vaporetto und der Linie Alilaguna zum Flughafen. Alessandra war sehr nett und zuvokommend. Das Frühstück ist kontinental, trotzdem recht umfangreich, mit Obst, Saft, Joghurt, Wurst, Käse und Müsli. Sehr leckere Croissants. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Fotos. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich komme gerne wieder.

The best place we stayed through out our trip! The staff was amazing and the breakfast was great! Everything was within short walking distance but was not too far away. Would 100% stay there again.

First time in Venice, what an interesting place. Our room (Puparin) was so modern, renovated and felt peaceful. King size bed, a bit soft, but comfortable. Tall ceiling wt exposed wood beam. Skylight in the bathroom, which was big in size, same for shower and sick/toilet area! Shower had the rain option or telephone handle, great pressure & continuous hot water. Lots of room to put your suitcases away & hide your stuff, so your room looked tidy. We booked on Expedia.ca. Our breakfast was included. Nice spread, croissant, buns, cheese, meats, jam, Nutella, butter, yogurt, juice, pre-made cakes, and of course, Cappuccino. The host was such a nice person, so gentile & sweet. Steep stairs from street to rooms (3 other rooms I believe). Host lives in the 4th room. Very quiet. We were able to leave our luggage in the entry way, so it allowed us to enjoy the day before our train left. Water taxi stop is less then a minute way. About 25min from train station. Read about single tickets VS water taxi day pass, depending on what you want to see. Pay attention to water taxi route number and stops, as the drivers DON'T announce stop names or route names. And we really felt their irritation towards tourist (can't blame them, it's busy all the time) Would definitely return in the future

Bon petit déjeuner, très jolie chambre, bien agencé et très propre. Alessandra est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, elle est très agréable et est très arrangeante. Le B and B est très bien situé à Venise, à proximité de tous les lieux de visite. Je recommande à 100% !!

Emplacement parfait et gentillesse extrême

Chambre très bien pour 4 jours de visite, hôte très sympathique, et arrangeante. Tous les matins elle nous a préparé le petit déjeuner. Nous a aiguille dans nos choix de visite. Mais l'emplacement est vraiment parfait pour les visites. On n'avait pu lire que ce quartier était moins bien que San Polo qui est au centre de tout, j'ai longtemps hésité puis mon choix c'est tourné vers ce B&b. On s'est rendu compte que comme on a visité lido une demi journée, murano burano, les traghettos principaux sont à côté de l'appartement, 14 minutes pour aller à St Marc, et surtout moins de monde que San Polo, le quartier est à côté d'un petit canal ou il fait bon vivre avec plein de restaurants, bar sur 500 m, largement plus agréable que dans les quartiers San Marco San Polo, Dorsoduro. Bref pour nous emplacement idéal

The room and bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. Alessandra went out of her way to secure a water taxi for me when the trains and water buses went on strike. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I would stay here again.

Muy limpio y ordenado En una zona tranquila pero cercana en bus o caminando desde la estación de metro. Si bien no hay recepción las instrucciones para el ingreso son muy claras y sencillas de cumplir Mejoraría la cama que aunque es amplia de su parte central no es tan cómoda Alessandra muy amable, pendiente de los detalles y que la estancia sea placentera.

Beautiful updated B&B that still retains old Venice style. Thoughtful touches by the hostess who was very responsive despite there not being a front desk. Great shower which was difficult to find in Italy and powerful AC unit. Very comfortable and clean and minutes to the Waterbus Stop F. Nove.

We absolutely loved our stay at B&B Al Pozzo di Luce. Alessandra was such a wonderful host — from helping us with water taxis when we arrived and departed, to recommending great local restaurants and shops, and making sure we had a lovely breakfast each morning. She also took the time to chat with us, which made the experience feel even more special. The B&B itself is peaceful, quiet, and tucked away from the busy tourist areas, which made it the perfect place to relax after exploring Venice. We felt so comfortable and cared for the whole time, and it truly made our trip unforgettable. We can’t recommend this place enough — thank you, Alessandra, for making our visit so memorable!

This B&B is just 5 minutes easy walk from Fundamente Nove, which can be reached from the airport by waterbus. My room was spotless and comfortable. There was a small refrigerator, useful for keeping drinks cool, and also a small safe. The room has airconditioning and the windows are netted against mosquitoes. And there is a small kettle with sachets of teas and coffee. The owner herself comes in to make breakfast at 9.00, with a choice of cold meats, cereals, yoghuts and fruit, as well as a choice of breads and spreads. I felt it was great value and would happily go again.
