I liked the free laundry facility and the on site Restaurant. It was also very close to public transport.

The staff was wonderful and the bar tenders were incredible. The hotel need to be updated for sure. Good value. A little too close to the train station. The room cleaners could not communicate and never gave me the coffee and menu bar refills as requested. I stayed there for 5 nights and it was easy to get around from here to the whole region If you like orange this is your place

We stayed in the La Torre apartment as there were two couples. It was fantastic - roomy, well equipped and the location was terrific. We couldn’t have asked for more! The whole experience wit Phi was great - from our email exchanges, to our check in with Guilia who made us feel immediately at home. She greeted us warmly, handled the paperwork, and then sat with us to go over a map with recommendations and points of interest. That level of service continued throughout, with checkout fellow running outside to us to give us taxi booking slips after UBER failed us. We can’t say enough. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well!

The hotel is situated about 10 minutes from the centre of Bologna. It’s an easy walk and means you are in a much quieter area. We stayed in the Residence building which isn’t part of the main hotel building. The room was nice and big, plenty of space, the bathroom was small but adequate. If you are a bigger person or you struggle with movement, you would definitely struggle with the limited space. The shower was small and the shower tray filled up very quickly, although it didn’t leak out as we were quick. I would also add that the walls and ceiling are paper thin! You can hear everything. I really struggled to sleep so I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. We were on the first floor and we could hear the front door opening and closing, people talking all the way up the stairs, their doors closing, people moving around in their rooms, the bathroom noise, you really can hear everything!! The breakfast was fine, nothing particularly special but perfectly adequate. The surroundings are beautiful. The courtyard is lovely and on a nice day, you can have your breakfast outside. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but it is in a good location and it’s extremely clean with very nice staff.
