「We had a wonderful one night stay in Ballard. I was looking for a comfortable spot for my mom who uses a walker. The parking spot was very close to the entrance. The space was clean and well stocked. We only stayed one night so we didn’t use the kitchen but it had everything you’d need to cook meals. The bathroom was clean and the shower was fantastic! 「We enjoyed our stay in this studio room (ADU). Hosts are friendly and helpful, the space was perfect for us. The room is very well laid out with attention to small details. Sitting on the deck in the evening and the hosts suggestion to spend a few hours at Sunset Beach using their beach chairs were the highlights. Also a nice walk to the Preserve for a stroll. 「We had an absolutely great stay! Exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. The view of the river is beautiful, hearing the sound of the river at night was so relaxing. The bed was comfortable, coffee maker worked great. There isn’t direct access to the river from the property, but there’s a community beach you can access just a bit down the road. 」

"Shower head really crimped down on the amount of water. Really weak shower experience. Laundry machine made more noise and vibration, making you wonder if it is going to fall apart. And a male receptionists with blue manicure or a female receptionist with thick drawn on eye shadows/liners. I expected a bit more professional look in the hotel staff."
