If you are looking for a great location and comfortable place to stay This is it. Vina Del Mar, Valparaiso and Renaca are an uber ride away. if you feel like doing more touristy things. Andrea has always been a great host and the property is beautiful. Can't wait to go back next trip! 」

The unit walls were peeling off, no hot water, no heater, the wifi did not work, the stains on the wall and baseboards could not be washed; if you try to turn on the water in the bathroom sink faucet, the piping was so loose, it might come out of the wall. 「Great location, nice space, but host not very responsive. No information booklet to explain how anything works. Heater didn't work and host didn't believe us. We had to send a video of us plugging in the heater, turning it on, and nothing happening. We finally got a working heater after a week. A window shade over the patio door was broken and the host never responded about it, so I fixed it. All responses from host were single sentences, and not always helpful, leaving us to figure out things...
