"The breakfast was nice and the bed was comfortable. The Front desk employee didn’t smile once, rushed our interaction both check in/out, she didn’t make eye contact… a very cold and unwelcoming experience. My room smelled heavily like smoke even though it’s a smoke free hotel. My nose burned from the smell (if you know, you know!). Had it been any other night I would have asked for a room change but I didn’t want to go back to interact with the unfriendly attendant again, it was very late and I was exhausted. The bathroom had ants crawling around in it. Unfortunate. "

"Room was filthy, mold on the ceilings, all of the bed side tables had water damage. There was mold in bathroom and around doorframe of the room. We saw a mouse in our room twoce and when I approached the hotel on it i was told it was normal for this time of year and to start worrying when i see one of the big rats. The rooms phone didnt work. The plug sparked at me when i plugged in my phone. My mother in laws room had a hole in the ceiling and mold around the hole. We found mold in all 3 of the rooms we booked. All 3 had mice issues and we were told that since booked through 3rd party we had to go thru them to get refunded. "

"We checked in late at close to 11p. The window was broken in the room and had tape covering part of the break. You could feel the cold air coming in. We noticed a couple red spots on the carpet the following day. My daughter's mind ran wild with that. The mini fridge kept running loudly on and off. The walls are thin. The person above our floor woke us up at 4a. We were booked for two nights and left after one. Staff was very friendly."
