The night Porter was very helpful and friendly, the reception team couldn’t do enough and the breakfast staff went the extra mile! We forgot our robes from the room but the spa team were kind and gave us spares. The spa isn’t quite as opulent as the photos, but the service more than makes up for it, Comfy beds, great shower, delicious breakfast all in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend for a stay...
