「It was just the break I needed! The resort was well-maintained and there’s always something going on so it’s hard to be bored (unless it’s not your thing). I’m a homebody so I didn’t go out too much but it seemed fun and there’s enough options for food that you don’t feel too bored with the selection. Now, they’re not all open everyday and some are weather dependent but I feel like that’s the general rule of thumb at most resorts. I’m definitely going to go again, it’s a worthwhile splurge!」
「Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback.
We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out.
Also, towels were not replenished despite our request.
On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom.
We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you.

「We have stayed at all Excellence properties, so we were excited to try a Finest property. We stayed in the Excellence Club which is adults only. The experience was a 10/10!
We started each day with a beach bed set up by Algenis. He is the best! Always a smile and so friendly! He spoiled us our last day with champagne and sand art!
