"Rooms were clean. Beds really comfortable. Bartender Bernardo at adult pool amazing. Very nice swimmable beach. Food was delicious at the a la carts. Enjoyed breakfast buffet.Alot of walking required with stairs to get from one area to another. "

"Worth the drive. Good spot for families or couples.. didn't seem crowded at all for cdn spring break time. Gym was nice but too small. Food was great and beach and pools we more that what ya need. Workers were happy and nice to be around. They were happy as its something i pay attention to. Good time 😊"

"We had an ocean view but it wasn’t exactly a swimming beach. It was full of fishing and tour boats. When looking down from our balcony we saw what appeared to be a homeless encampment complete with someone passed out on the bare dirt beside a filthy toilet. We also were left without power from around 5:00 pm until sometime in the middle of the night. The hotel offered us a late check out. Well they won’t let me disclose how much Canadian for 2 nights but you could buy about 320 coffees and donuts at timmes! To be fair the room was really nice and my wife loved the rooftop pool. But a late check out? Really???"

"Beautiful, spacious unit across the street from a white sand beach. Property manager was very helpful and made the check-in and orientation easy. We appreciated beach chairs and umbrella! The upper common area was our faviourite for sunset viewing. "

"Overall, a beautiful unit and a great fit for our stay. The setup and decor made it feel like a true home.The location was ideal, easy access to the beach, town, and convenient for driving to excursions. Traveling with two teenagers who wanted to surf, it worked especially well. I could even watch them surf right from our patio, which was a great perk. Walkable to beachfront restaurants, with great views from the pool and patio. Kitchen was fully equipped, parking was easy, and the A/C units made it simple to control temperature. Beds were a bit firm but very comfortable.Eloisa, the property manager, was outstanding. Extremely responsive, helped with reservations, local recommendations, and had groceries stocked on arrival. When the coffee maker broke, it was replaced within 30 minutes.The reason for 4 stars is listing accuracy. It’s listed as 3 beds, but one is an air mattress. We invited a guest expecting a proper bed, which created an awkward situation on arrival. This should be clearer. The owner didn’t reach out directly until the last day.One note, the second bathroom does get hot water, it just takes about 6 minutes.Aside from the listing issue, this would have been 5 stars."

"My family of five visited Punta de Mita for the first time. Our first impression of the area was a bit of surprise, as the roads and town made us feel like we were definitely in old Mexico. However, somewhere into our second day we were hooked. This area is filled with amazing restaurants. The pistachio or almond croissants from La Panaderia rival the best of Europe. The extremely affordable and incredible street tacos from Teresa's Tacos are a must try. However, I must say that the dinner experience at Casa Teresa Italian Ristorante was one of the best dining experiences I've had anywhere, seriously.As far as the condo experience, this was the perfect spacious layout for our family. Everyone was able to spread out and enjoy their time and we had plenty of great areas to hang out and watch the waves and the beach. We took advantage of some fish we caught on our last night and had a great catch and cook after grabbing some supplies at the mercado Ollin. The best part was that day and night we had the sound of the waves coming in that just added to perfect relaxation. As far as the activities in the area. We booked a fishing guide out of La Cruz Huanacaxtle that we enjoyed so much we booked a second day. We visited Islas Marrietas islands, which was so cool. We golfed at Higuera and what a time that was. We surfed at La Lancha beach for a great beach day. And we had a fun day trip up to Sayulita. This is a great area. Thanks Bob and Wei. "

"The hotel does not include extras you may expect like coffee and drinking water. It is difficult to swim at the beach because of the rocks and shallow entry. The owner owns most all of the hotels and restaurants along this strip so there isn’t much competition for prices. Better to walk a block up for better prices in the restaurants. They also own an apartment complex nearby and the residents are allowed access to the pool area at Hotel Meson, so it may see busier than you would expect with people doing daily business rather than just relaxing. One guy came every day and listened to the news loudly in the middle of the lounging area. Staff was nice and laying in the hammocks in the warm evenings was a highlight. "
