"Excellent location being so close to Cardiff Bay and free parking as hotel guest is nice. You can tell the property is quite dated though and could do with some upgrades to rooms. Our air con did not seem to be working or not strong enough so that could be an improvement. Didn't try the restaurant but the bar area seemed nice and relaxing to sit and lounge."

"the staff were really lovely & helpful!! was my first time travelling alone and i felt really comfortable with the process. the room was decent and i'm not too fussy of a person just want somewhere safe & somewhere to sleep for the night. the cleanliness definitely needs to be stepped up though and noticed some dirty areas in bathroom & room which stopped me from using my shower. other than that, a very decent stay & i would return if i needed something quickly !
