This hotel was an amazing finish to our week in Italy! The staff was excellent, from check-in to breakfast service to check-out. The room with a view over Ponte Vecchio was awe-inspiring. The location to all the main sights of Florence was ideal. A must stay on my next trip to Florence!

A wonderful stay! This hotel was so beautiful and serene, especially when you enter from the busy, loud street. The courtyard was an oasis. The staff was helpful and efficient.
The only criticism we had about our stay concerned the windows on the bathroom doors. For some reason, an clear border was left around the frosted glass, so there was no real privacy in the bathrooms - an awkward situation for siblings.
