"My children loved the pool, it was nice having a pool at the location. The breakfast in the morning was good with different options to choose from and the area was well organized and clean. Our room could of been a little cleaner, the bathroom still had stains in it from the people who stayed in the room the day before. Overall, for the price I would recommend this location. "

"As non-gamblers, we can't comment on the gambling aspect, but the hotel and rooms themselves were clean and it offered more than your average hotel. We did have a blood stain on our sheets and they offered to move us to a different room, but we chose to get different sheets instead.

Free parking, felt safe leaving the car in the parking lot, even in that community.
I would not recommend walking around the area, as Wheeling Island is run-down, but it was a short drive to everything Wheeling and the surrounding area has to offer.
Good price for what you get, BUT we added a second weekday night and it was $20 more than buying through Expedia. Check your pricing before buying."

"We were heading to TN for a week and decided to stop half way to break up the long drive. We chose this house because of its size and proximity to the WV Penitentiary, which we visited that night. The house was very nice and had everything we needed for our short stay. Michelle was very helpful and responded very quickly!"
"We had so much room with multiple outdoor porches, bathrooms, and indoor living space. The basement offers a great place to end the day with various games for our family to have friendly competition. We enjoyed Wheeling and were surprised by a fantastic zoo, friendly people, the dog track, suspension bridge and Center Market. Thank you for sharing your home with us. "
