「This was our first time in this property. It exceeded our expectations. It is welcoming and cozy like your own home. It’s very clean and has all of the amenities you get from home. It would be good if the site mentioned on the listing that you access the apartment in the back staircase just in case renters would find it difficult to climb a set of stairs to get to the apartment. Dave was always available for help when needed. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils and cooking needs.」

「The apt was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils. The parking was tandem (one car blocking the other car in), which was workable. There are no closets in 2 of the bedrooms and the bunk bedroom is EXTREMELY small. I have been going to CM for decades. The location is a block away from the ACME at the end of the Washington St Mall. Very convenient to many things, less convenient to the beach. We were given 2 keys, so that required some juggling.
