「I checked in with 5 people and the room had 2 towels. I went downstairs to ask for more and was told it would be sent to my room. Hours passed and I had to go back and ask again. The facilities needs to be upgraded as they are very old. The good part is the floors are not carpet so it was easy to see that it was cleaned.」

「It was dated but clean . Unfortunately wasn’t open for breakfast in the morning Location was great for hopping on the Bluenose for a morning ride」

「Nice cabins close to amenities」

「The house is beautiful, good location a short walk to town and waterfront. Dining room was beautiful, sunny, comfortable with excellent breakfast provided」

「Absolutely wonderful. A beautiful old house-hotel in a great location. Couldn’t have been better!」

「Nice setting on the water. Rooms were a little tired. Pipes running below ceiling, no place to hang towels in very small bathroom, poor lighting, unable to control heat or ac. Lots of “character”, but could use a renovation. The restaurant was good, but the advertised breakfast menu made us assume we would be able to get breakfast. Unfortunately, it is only available on Saturdays, after 10:00 am.」

「My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The ocean view was breathtaking. Great location too. We would definitely come back again!」

「We had a wonderful stay the hot tub and fire table were excellent.」

「This property was comfortable and convenient and we enjoyed our stay here.」
