「Great location with a nice pond and lake with plenty of ducks, swans and bunnies surrounding the hotel. Pleasant staff and clean room.」

「This hotel is perfect. It has recently been renovated/refreshed. Decor is lovely, everything was clean, amenities were just what you need and bonus: a big sink and has comfy beds/linens and easy to park load/unload. We did not visit the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained.」

「This property is a rustic old quintessential Cape Cod motel located on a quiet stretch with lovely views of the marshes. It’s near restaurants and entertainment but not walking area. The beds were comfy and the room had all the things you need when traveling including fridge and microwave. We left too early for breakfast at 8 am but there were nice places nearby.」

「View of beach from balcony. Clean room with all you need. Staff lovely. We walked the beach and enjoyed the quiet before Memorial Day. Close to scenic hikes, restaurants and the ferry. 」

「Brand new finishes, beds and exteriors. Continental breakfast is lux and fresh. The view from any room is amazing and being like 10 mins from ptown is perfect. The owners have really breathed new life into this inexpensive landmark.」

「Please please don’t stay here. The service right away was terrible at the front desk. I arrived was greeted rudely by the staff. I tried to keep it positive. I asked if we could have 2 beds instead of one and she said no because she can’t change anything booked through a 3rd party. I was disappointed. She then offered to show me the room with the queen. I walked in and the room reeked of mildew and I noticed mold in the room. I told the cleaning lady and she said she didn’t notice it. I came...

「Pass on this one - there are likely much better choices. The location was great! Beautiful views of golf course and lovely neighborhood. The room was disappointing. Outdated and in need of serious updates. The old carpet smell was displeasing. The bathroom window lock was broken and the bathroom window would not fully close. Bathtub/shower was cheaply done with a fiberglass type overlay that did not adhere to the wall. Old type shower head. Old outdated tile. The king size bed was...

「I was under the impression that my room would have some type of view, but it didn’t. Plus the $25 a NIGHT was completely unnecessary, considering the hotel was only semi full. And free parking is mentioned in their ad.」
