「This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!」

「We had a great stay. Alicia at the front desk was excellent servicing us with our every need while we were there, she’s very pleasant and super helpful. All the other staff were also friendly that we interacted with. The property was clean and well kept, room was cozy l aside from a small hiccup with one of the bed sheets that was a little dirty. That was replaced with no problem when brought to Alicia’s attention. Would stay here again」

「Facility overall was clean, but older rugs and hand rails could have been cleaner. Room was not cleaned on second day after do not disturb sign was removed shortly after breakfast. The Breakfast itself was reasonable, but there were items that ran out because crew could not easily keep up with the demand. Location is very good, did not use the pools but they appeared to be enjoyed by those who did.」

「The hotel was located in quiet area, near the town center, and just a 10-minute drive from the beach. The property features a pool and a gym, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Check in and check out process was quick. However, I didn't like that the sink was located in the room outside the bathroom—it’s not very convenient. Furthermore, this area served as both the hallway and a 'kitchenette' with a coffee machine and a fridge, but there were no tables or chairs for dining....

「Updated, spacious, easily accessed. Has a pool. Adequate parking. The continental breakfast ran out of eggs. The towels are thin and outdated. Otherwise all else was comfortable and good. 」

「Pro: Front desk staffs and lifeguards are great. Cons: The room isn’t clean! We found a lollipop stick on top of the bed frame (it shows housekeeper isn’t carefully checking) and a tiny spider. Housekeeper took our used towels but didn’t replace new ones. Didn’t refill water bottles, didn’t refill bathroom essentials! We are kinda disappointed in the water park, not much to do except lazy river. There is only 1 pool, pretty small.」

「The pool looked like it could be cleaner. The free breakfast was pretty good and more than expected and most appreciated. The rooms were very clean. We heard very little noise on the upper level. Free parking was a plus.」
