「This used to be our go to hotel - it was affordable and centrally located and clean. Our visit this time was not the same - the bathroom had a lingering odor to it, the chain on the door only attached to one side, the tub wouldn’t drain properly and we discovered a broken wooden plank on the 2nd floor landing covered by a chair. (I have to assume it broke overnight and management didn’t cover it with a chair - a guest must have done that.)」

「This was our 3rd stay at Sandwich Inn and in previous visits we loved the place, which lead to us booking there again. After this visit we will not be returning customers. 1st when we got to our room to check in we noticed 2 dirty washrags hanging on the wall behind the door.
