「The staff was very helpful when we checked in. They don't seem to have a dedicated front desk person so when we arrived at 2, I had to go find someone. The breakfast spread was pretty generous. Looks like they bake their muffins on site. Couple issues with the room. The TV was on when we came into our room. I thought it was a welcoming thing. We turned it off but it kept coming back on, several times. They were very prompt in having someone reprogram it. But it was on when we returned from...

「Beautiful property with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a suite which accommodates our whole family and we loved that it’s pet friendly so our fav family member could join us. The pool is very nice and well maintained .」

「Room was nice we had an ocean view room but it wasn't as close as I had hoped but it was still facing the ocean. We didn't use the pool or the beach it was to cold and windy. The restaurants didn't really Ave full menus but we found something to eat. You can use the next door resort which is owned by the same owner.」

「I stayed 3 nights and had to take my own trash out, couldn't get my room cleaned, had to bring down towels for replacement. I booked an extra night during my stay and still had someone banging on my door like the police were outside, scared the life out of me. Morning staff was rude, night staff was amazing. Stairs were never vacuumed. It was an ok stay but a lot of extra work when I was just trying to relax.」

「I’ve stayed here before as I was on a budget then. Now for my second stay while it’s affordable I probably won’t stay here again. It’s a very typical motel not a hotel. And I’ve never stayed anywhere that had such LOUD ice makers. And they were being used every five minutes. And no elevators so if you have luggage or trouble with stairs you’ll need to request the first floor. The second floor half of it smells of curry. And the breakfast is the exact same thing every day and not that inspiring....

「Great location to the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, as well as to Main Street with many eateries and bars. Hotel was good. Some issues with the room(toilet, bed too close to wall, noise from The Break restaurant). Ask for different room if not satisfied. Parking fees include in rates which was nice.」

「This is a diamond in the rough. The exterior of the place seems quiet and boring, but walk into front desk and bam to your eyes. The colors inside the hotel are vibrant, the rooms are amazing colors, decor, and style. Did a little tour of the quiet hotel and too my surprise, pool bar, and pool party. My MAJOR complaint comes from the embarrassingly terrible breakfast: Stale bread, beige colored water being handed off as coffee, no fruit, terrible presentation. For a place that sells itself as a spa retreat, my day was sour after this. They should really just close the 'restaurant'」
