I would def stay in this property again. It’s close to the harbor and restaurants and walkable to shopping plus has an indoor pool, lots of parking and very affordable.

For the price you have a nice experience. In the middle of cape cod, lots of malls. Water side is minutes away! Good service and breakfast was always different everyday.

It's the second time i made a reservation in this hotel. Everything was perfect. The location is near restaurant, shopping center, beaches and specialy Hyannis port. It won't be the last time i reserve this hotel. The staff are friendly, the room is clean and bed is very comfortable.

I have been going to Cape Code since 1990 i did a lot of hotels and motels i give 5 stars to Hyannis heritage everything was perfect. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

This suited us well. It was not anything fancy. (The beds were a little hard)☺️but it was so nice to have a breakfast at the comfort inn. And we walked to the ferry which was just the right distance

The property is within walking distance from the transportation center but the information desk at the transportation center did not tell me about it and not taxi was available. The pictures showed that the room has bathtub but they did not, I asked for refund before checking in but even though the employee agreed that the posted pictures have bathtub but in reality no bathtub exist, the management refused the refubd

It was an okay stay. Rooms were clean for the most part, belongings from previous occupants were left in the room (a hat and a shirt). There was no place to put suitcases as well as no place to hang clothes (no closet or bar/hangers). Bathroom was missing a vent and created condensation throughout the room as well as a hole in the wall above the bathroom mirror where a vent may have belonged. Pool and breakfast accommodation was nice, clean, and staff was friendly. Works as a quick place to spend 1 or 2 nights, but attention to detail would have gone a long way.

First, let me say you get what you paid for. Absolutely would never stay at this place again. It took 18 minutes just to check in. Mildew, damp smell right when you walk in the building. Would never use the ice machine. Finally found our room... had an extremely hard time to get in! Every time having to actually kick the door just to get in. Very musty and damp...sheets were damp...all our clothes were mildew smell and damp. No closet with hangers for clothes. No hooks in bathroom for anything. Not great lighting in room at all. We have pictures to prove if needed.
