「Beautiful little house. GREAT location with paved roads to house. Owners are right next door and are very friendly and easy to work with. My group definitely wants to stay here again!」

「The cottage was exactly as described by the host - relaxing, private, less than 6 miles to dining and shopping in Brevard. Lots of waterfalls and hiking trails nearby. We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities at the cottage - hot tub, movie screen, and mountain views from the deck. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there was a gas grill. 「Was overall a great stay! Everything was very clean and appeared exactly like in the photos. We had only one issue, which was the instructions for entering the building were slightly unclear; though the owner responded in a timely manner to assist, and so it was no big deal. Highly recommend!」

「My husband and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate our 21st anniversary. The cottage is located on a farm. The farm land is beautiful! We loved sitting on the porch of the cottage. The cottage itself is so pretty. The hosts Gina and Kevin thought of everything that you might could need. The small details are so important and they did great with this. It felt like a home away from home. We would recommend this Vrbo to anyone! We will definitely be back! 」

「Though the cottage was slightly smaller than I had imagined, it turned out to be a perfect setup for our family of 4. The host Carol was lovely and we really appreciated being able to stay in such a clean, safe, and beautiful location that was walkable to the shopping downtown. We also really liked the screened in porch to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. The parking is tight for bigger vehicles, but I highly recommend this great spot. 」

「Very unique and fun home. Great jumping off location for the Cataloochee Valley in the Smoky Mountains NP. Very Clean and nicely equipped. In a private rural setting, but civilization (Waynesville) is only about 15 minutes away. This is a home where the owner pays a lot of attention to details, and it makes for a very enjoyable stay.」

「Check-in was easy, and the host was mostly very quick and communicative. Property was as described, but the hot tub was unsanitized and unusable upon arrival. The host did respond within a couple hours and got that fixed, however. 」

「For our purposes, this property was perfect. It was a 5-minute drive to Brevard Music Center, and about a 7-minute walk to downtown. It is well maintained, and definitely a cut above most rental properties. If it’s available, we’ll certainly rent this property on future trips to Brevard. 」
