"Standards of the hotel throughout were excellent, an error on Expedia was handled professionally and expertly by the team, testament to their service levels. Had a brief chat with the hotel owner & his passion for service shone through. The continental breakfast was amazing & Riad attached to the hotel was also outstanding. You can guarantee if I come to Manchester/Liverpool I will be looking for Parr Bank. Place smells amazing too."

"Property is NOT located on St. Mary's Close in Appleton as shown on the map, but is on St. Mary's Court in Latchford. I advised the host of this immediately after our visit at the beginning of July, but it has still not been corrected at the time of this post.The property is shown in its best light in the photos. In reality the standard of the accommodation is average at best. I complained after our stay about numerous minor issues, for which we received a limited refund. If you are lucky they may have also fixed some of the issues."
