「Absolutely a beautiful, peaceful, tranquil place to have a get away from the hustle and noise of everyday life. From a single mom of two high energy kids, this was exactly what I was hoping for on my vacation. And being an American, it was a perfect stay in such a beautiful country. Absolutely perfect!」

「Excellent staff. We were delayed by bad weather and arrived late, just as the chef told reception that he’d finished service. He immediately asked what we’d like to eat and prepared us a great dinner. The general manager and breakfast waitress were also very helpful and friendly. 」

「A very cosy hotel with absolutely fabulous views. The family room was really spacious, with a comfortable double bed and a single, giving us plenty of room to relax. Although the hotel itself is a little outdated, the stunning views more than make up for it and add to the overall charm. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended for comfort and scenery」

「Stayed here many times over the years, usually with our dog. The Kings Head always delivers, quite old fashioned inside but it adds to the charm, comfortable rooms, always friendly staff. Wouldnt stay anywhere else in Ross. Recommended 」

「Bed super comfy, place super cosy. Tom (host) is a one of a kind man. So welcoming, so kind and super generous. Offered out his own apples in the Morning (can’t promise the same for you haha). I can’t recommend staying here more.」

「Beautiful view from our bedroom, but the decor of the room left a lot to be desired. The mattress was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had the misfortune to try to sleep on and the pillows were not much better. The hotel is well located for visiting the town. 」
