「The only reason we gave a 4 star was that our room didn't have a window... well it had a window but there was an air conditioning unit in it. So, if possible I would avoid room 203」

「Your breakfast was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay in Cranbrook. I will definitely stay at your hotel next time too.」

「Not as clean as I would expect for a prestige hotel. Very disappointed. However it was very very hot during our stay. Our room was cool and comfortable and the ice water in the lobby was amazing!」

「I had visited Cranbrook three times from Japan and always choose this hotel. This hotel has so comfortable rooms with modern facilities with reason able accommodation fee. Also, compliment Wi-Fi connected so smoothly and this helps not only tourist but business person. Staff is I very helpful and friendly so I strongly recommend to stay this hotel when you are in Cranbrook. 」

「Great cost effective spot.」

「Staff wasn’t friendly, no amenities open. Beautiful resort. Clean rooms.」

「Staff were friendly. Room was clean, there was a no smoking sign on the room door but room definitely smelled of prior cigarette smoke. Nice breakfast in the morning.」

「Sandman hotel has been a disappointment for us. As soon we checked in, we found out the pool has been closed for maintenance. That's one of the main reason why we were willing to pay 50% more for the kids to enjoy. The bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor, door and shower walls. The bathroom fan wasn't working and as a result mold was on the ceiling. The worst part, the bedroom was 30' away from the train tracks and 2 nights we were barely abto to get any sleep due to constant train...

「フレンドリーな対応と朝食の心づかいに満足です。」
