"A lodge atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staffs. Our room was large although the bathroom was cramped. The room was very clean and then beds very comfortable. The location is on the Main Street allowing you to either walk downtown or wire a bus to which the hotel gives you free passes. Very pleased with our stay."

"Plenty of parking space available. The room was clean and well-maintained with daily housekeeping. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided free Banff bus tickets. We also really enjoyed the nice hot tub and the on-site restaurant."

"My sister and I had an excellent time at hidden ridge resort. Very cozy and relaxing place that is close enough to downtown but also far enough away that its very quiet. We had an excellent stay however it is quite expensive I feel for what your getting."

"This is a basic hotel but very clean and good location. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and staff friendly. Completely touch-less check in and out, they provide a code so no hotel room cards required which was super convenient. I am only giving 4 stars because we booked a king room and received a king bed, but also two additional bunk beds we didn’t need or want. There was no closet, only hooks to hang clothes on and only one mirror in the entire room, which was in the bathroom. So whoever is in the bathroom is the only person who can use the mirror. If my partner was in there, I was unable to do hair or makeup outside of the bathroom which was very inconvenient as we both couldn’t get ready at the same time. At least put a second mirror in the room, preferably near a plug, so someone can dry their hair."
