"We stayed for a couple of days at the end of our trip to Boston, the hotel was perfect for relaxing by the pool and a short walk from all the areas we wanted to see whilst visiting."

"We stayed at Hotel Plaza Québec par Jaro for 2 nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special. The staff went out of their way to surprise us with sweets and wine. Our stay was wonderful, the room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. Truly a memorable experience – highly recommend this property when visiting Québec!"

"I had never stayed at a citizenM before. I really liked it. I was a little surprised by the size of the room but I was traveling alone and the size ended up being perfect. I enjoyed the modern, European style to the room. Had a very Ikea-look (that was said in a positive way) and I enjoyed the modern touches such as the iPad controls. The staff was very accomadating and even though the check-in is more "self" check-in, the staff is right there to assist and help along the way. The location was ideal for me as well. I had never been to Boston and didn't exactly know what area to stay in. I thought North Station was great for me. Close to mass transit and I could walk easily to the North End, downtown and the waterfront. I had very few "cons" about the place. The mini fridge was definitely mini but based on the layout and size of the room, I get it. I would have liked a microwave in the room. It wasn't the end of the world since there is one in the breakfast/bar area. Definitely would stay there again, especially if traveling alone. With a partner, it would be good too but not ideal for families. "

"Outstanding hotel in the middle of Quebec Old City. Location fantastic for seeing the sights on foot and the concierge were extremely helpful in organising tours many of which are free. Restaurant recommendations were excellent and the Le Saint Armour was fabulous."

"Great stay! Nice modern rooms, location perfect for walking to most attractions around . Lots of restaurants walking distance too but the hotel restaurant doesn’t have kids menu or vegetarian options, that’s something they can improve on. Coffee shop is amazing . "
