「Not the nicest area ever, but it was fine. Felt a little run down going in from outside, up the elevator, and to the apartment. But once inside, it was comfortable, clean, spacious, and sufficient for my need. I just needed a place to sleep, shower, and get ready for work. 「Stay has easy check-in and is comfortable for short stays. Two negative things cleaning could be better. There was dust in the restroom and some hairs in the shower as well as pink mold.In the kitchen the appliances aren't very clean. Coffee maker could use a bit more thorough cleaning. A pan had egg stuck to the sides so I had to wash it before using. I would recommend leaving us a stronger sponge for better dish washing. One last thing I bought frozen pizza but there was no baking sheet or...

「We enjoyed our 2 nights stay in the scierie suite. The studio was clean and cool when we got there (summer stay, 26° outside). It’s a very nice looking place, and had everything we needed (fridge, toaster, coffee machine, etc). Location is perfect, with lots of commodities nearby. The only 2 things that need improvement: spa maintenance (water smelled bad) and mattress firmness (there’s such a thing as too firm!) Otherwise, all good!」

「Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes.
