La propreté des lieux laisse à désirer : balayeuse non passée, des mousses se promènent au sous-sol et à l'étage. Les planchers ne sont pas très propres. 「Beautiful,fresh air very clean surroundings with a beautiful view of the mountains, closed to a hiking trail ,15 minutes away from the town if your missing anything but the place had everything to need to cook and make bbq. A great few day away from the city. Nice hostess will return one day…」

「場所はボストンコモンにも歩いて行けて最高、朝食なども中華街のベーカリーで安く買えます。問題はアーリーチェックインを依頼していましたが、宿について聞いたところ聞いていないとのこと。また、メールでソファーベットを使うので寝具の追加を依頼していましたが、届いていない。その後コンシエルジュに依頼をしたが2日待っても来ず、別のコンシエルジュに話したところそのサービスはないとのこと。困っている旨を相談してやっと毛布のような寝具をもらった。連絡がうまくいっていない気がした。また、洗濯機や食洗器の使い方の説明もなくその都度、下に聞きに行った。場所も設備も満足のいくものであっただけに残念でした。」

「Cozy accommodations close to Back Bay and Fenway. A little too cozy for a couple - better for a solo leisure stay (no desk or working space). Rooms in pics look bigger than what it actually is. Garden level rooms will be a bit noisy. Excellent location and spotless and good security. 」
