The place was delightful, well located and FUN!

We loved staying here! The room and bathroom were massive. It was quiet and very charming. The little touches that the owners add in the common areas made us feel right at home. We even woke up to sourdough bagels in the morning with a bunch of different spreads. We would definitely stay here again!

The cottage on the water is truly immaculate and relaxing, from the wonderful decor to top notch cleanliness, we were so happy that we get to celebrate our 10 years anniversary weekend here. Very quiet and private, highly recommended

The Spouter Inn is a beautiful bed and breakfast overlooking the ocean. The rooms are quiet and beautifully appointed. The breakfast and daily cookies are superb. We had a great experience staying in the crab house. The cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely care. Ken was fantastic, you can really tell he cares about ensuring guests have a great experience. 10/10 experience, would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great stay on the cape.

Absolutely lovely, location right in quaint downtown, near the water, staff were wonderful.

the staff were great. It would have been nice to have a hot tub for use of people whose rooms didn't have one

My boyfriend and I had the best overnight at the Madison Inn. The room that we booked was small, but still so comfortable and cute and it was in a really convenient location in the center of Oak Bluffs. Staff was so friendly and awesome. Amazing amenities. Def recommending this place to all of my friends! Looking forward to staying again.

Amazing stay at the nearly brand new Davenport. Attention to detail blew us away. The rooms are GORGEOUS, the location perfectly convenient but quiet, and the whole experience just wonderful.

The property was beautifully maintained. Our room was so relaxing to stay in with the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The owners were amazing, kind, and so hospitable. The daily breakfast is so amazing and plentiful, and the afternoon wine and cheese is a great way to relax after a busy day. Centrally located inn, and parking on premise. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Looking forward to coming back to visit Newport again!
