Master Bedroom
A large bedroom with a queen-size bed, private en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet, towels and essential toiletries. The room is bright and spacious, with ample storage and a window overlooking the garden and surrounding trees, offering a peaceful view immersed in nature.
Second Bedroom
A cozy room with a double bed, wardrobe, shower and access to the second toilet located just outside in the corridor. Comfortable and functional for one to two guests.
Living Room
An open-plan living space with a sofa-bed (available if needed), a dining table for up to 6 people and large windows offering a pleasant view of the garden. The room includes a TV and a bookshelf with a small selection of books. It's ideal for relaxing, reading or spending time together indoors.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cookware and utensils. Everything needed to prepare meals at home.

Private garden with a peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful view over the Valle del Baccano. Surrounded by trees and nature, it’s the perfect spot to relax throughout the day or evening.
The outdoor space features a dining table with chairs for al fresco meals and comfortable lounge chairs to unwind in total silence and privacy, immersed in the greenery.
