When I requested it, I was told that I had to go downstairs to get it myself. I believe toilet paper is a basic and essential item that should always be provided in the room, and having to go downstairs to get it was inconvenient. Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short visit, but this issue affected my overall experience and should definitely be improved."
