"We were only staying one night. The hotel is located in the historic part of town and has been individually and sympathetically restored and created. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. I would pas two comments though. Firstly the very small switch for air con control was not pointed out to us and it took some time to realise the reason we had no air con. I was conderned about the amount of daylight around the bedroom door which would not provide fire and smoke protection in case of fire. "

"Everything was beyond what we expected. All staffs were very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was perfect. We felt at home. Whenever we travel to Mersin, this hotel will be our first home. We thank the all people for the wonderful service and hospitality! "

"Tarsus properties are a little pricy compared to Mersin, but at Burhanoglu, you get to stay in a historic Ottoman mansion with unique beehive bay window. The room might be a little dim, but it's comfortable. Breakfast is pleasant, but the star attraction might be Kuki, the black pug, who will be begging food from you. "
