「The lobby and hallways look great but the room I got was pretty run down. The mattress sagged so badly that I couldn't sleep on the side closest to the night table. The bathroom was worse- there was black mold on the ceiling and the tub glaze, caulk and grout were discolored and in poor condition. When I got home I found that my card had been charged an additional $200 for a $29 daily "amenity fee" which was not disclosed when I booked the room. 「I truly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful setting. My only complaint is, when booking a room thru a 3rd party one doesn't know of all the add-on charges they will get charged. I was charged an additional 70 for parking, ground maintenance, and other general stuff. What a surprise.」

「We had a doctor's appointment in Portland so we made a weekend of it. Location was great. Vlose to everything we wanted to see and fo in Portland. Staff was very helpful. Room was nice. Coffee was tasty. Robes and slippers were fun. All in all it was a blast. 」
