"The property was as described with a big and well equipped kitchen and also a large sized washer and dryer. The bathrooms are nicely renovated with every thing you might need. The location is very convenient and quick walk to Stony Brook Village. The bedrooms were well sized and as pictured. However, the beds could be a bit more comfortable. The two single beds squeaked a little bit. The property could also use a hair dryer and iron/ironing board. I brought those things with me but some others...

"Ok, if you are considering staying here, place is big and nice open concept. Two big refridgerators and kitchen dining room are lovely. Pool tables felt is very dirty and cues are down to wood. Outside pool is cracked and leaking so hose water needs to be constantly running making water cold. Deck has many soft spots and a couple of holes. "Margaret is just wonderful. We felt like we were staying at a dear family member’s home. Stayed in her very private upstairs suite and it was perfect for me, my wife and our pup. He had a blast running around the yard, meeting the chickens going to the bay beach etc. We had the best time! Thank you Margaret!!"

"We had a great family time with ten of us at Michael's beach house. The location is perfect, especially for children, with immediate access to calm, warm bay water and a private beach. Michael was outstandingly responsive when questions arose and was generous and understanding. The house itself is not new but is spacious and extremely well equipped,with every imaginable kitchen gadget, beach toys, and toys and books for kids.. "10 of us stayed at the house to celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday. The house is absolutely stunning, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Debbie responded to my texts immediately to answer any question I had. We brought a couple of outdoor chairs to have enough seating to watch the beautiful sunset. It was a perfect getaway!"

We wished that there was better information/communication about lawn and pool service, pest treatment and trash pick-up. We were also bit disappointed that the outdoor table was not replace and we could not do any outdoor dinners."

"This was a perfect getaway for a multigenerational family reunion! It's a beautifully maintained property. The bathroom to bedroom ratio was great for many families/couples. Great amenities included a heated pool and jacuzzi, and it's ideally located with easy access to Southampton and Sag Harbor downtown areas. Bob was a wonderful host and easy to reach. I recommend this place for anyone planning a family getaway. "
