The fenced-in back yard comes with a lot of great features such as heated pool & jacuzzi (for an extra fee), two level pergolas over a 20x40 concrete patio, full play set for the kids, fire pit, hammock area and a cute pool house/lounge area with a loft!



The Space:

-Unauthorized Events or Parties: We strictly prohibit unauthorized parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. If an unapproved event is detected at the property, we will immediately contact Airbnb support, terminate the rental agreement without a refund, and involve local law enforcement. All events must be requested in advance, pre-approved by the host, and subject to an applicable event fee.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire house!

Free parking available at the property.

Located just a short drive from both ocean and bay beaches, this Hamptons retreat offers effortless access to the best of the East End. Spend your days basking in the sun at beautiful Hampton Bays shores - just 10 to 15 minutes away.



Guests enjoy seamless travel connections via the Hampton Bays and Westhampton train stations, each within a 15-minute drive.

Everyday essentials are equally close at hand: a full-service shopping center and a 24/7 pharmacy are just 5 to 10 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

- Heated pool is optional add on, available for a fee: $350 + $100/day. (during summer season)

- Jacuzzi is optional add on, available for a fee: $200 + $50/day. Jacuzzi pre-heating fee: $100 due upon arrival. Open year-round.

- Pets allowed for a Fee per pet-per stay. If you have more than 1 pet, please let us know in advance. Subject to previous approval.

- We provide a starter supply of essentials for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.
