"Had such a nice weekend. Came for a friends wedding, on Labor Day weekend, the price was unmatched!! A few steps from the water. Down the street from the venue. Huge house. Beautiful kitchen. Very clean. Host was very communicative and accommodating. AC in every single room. Perfect weekend."

"Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. Although ..."

"Nice property, could use some upgrades as furniture was well worn, bed mattresses mostly needed to be replaced, toaster didn't work and essentials such as dishwasher detergent and salt needed to be purchased. Great space, just needs some upgrades."
