"The house is easy to navigate with wide staircases and large doors. The open concept consisting of kitchen, dining room, livingroom and upper family room in loft allows for family togetherness without being on top of each other. The bedrooms are spacious and designed for comfort. The view from the livingroom and back deck is beyond description. Just like in the movies, there are winding wooden steps leading down the hill to the dunes and community private beach area. Of special note, a bottle of wine was waiting for us at check in. The house is a short drive from local vineyards, breweries, Montauk and beaches. Definitely recommend you put this property on your 'must-do' list!spacious w"

"Nice property, could use some upgrades as furniture was well worn, bed mattresses mostly needed to be replaced, toaster didn't work and essentials such as dishwasher detergent and salt needed to be purchased. Great space, just needs some upgrades. "
