"This was our third time staying here. The rooms are clean, the property is quiet, and the view is tranquil. "The rustic cottage was perfect.It is a beach cottage which has all that you need.A five minute walk takes you to the beach.Note that you cannot park at the beach and everyone walksKen,our host, was always available if we had any questions and gifted us a bottle of wine for Our arrival along with milk for our coffee.Ken also arranged a personal vineyard visit at Farrm wines. "The house is easy to navigate with wide staircases and large doors. The open concept consisting of kitchen, dining room, livingroom and upper family room in loft allows for family togetherness without being on top of each other. The bedrooms are spacious and designed for comfort. The view from the livingroom and back deck is beyond description. Just like in the movies, there are winding wooden steps leading down the hill to the dunes and community private beach area. Of special note, a bottle of wine was waiting for us at check in. The house is a short drive from local vineyards, breweries, Montauk and beaches. Definitely recommend you put this property on your 'must-do' list!spacious w"
