「泊まる全ての日のサービス料を払ってるのに 掃除は３日に1回のみ！タオルだけでも交換して欲しかったので連絡すると掃除の時にしかできないと返事が…返信はすぐ帰ってくる時もあるが1日ないとかもあります。 部屋の掃除は部屋に誰かいないとやってくれないので何時間か待つか遊んでても戻ってこないといけない 周りにはSMモールとかスーパー。コンビニがあり長期滞在もしやすい！ 周辺の宿泊施設より安いので 節約旅行ならいいと思うw」

「I love staying here. It a cute clean cozy little condo. Ive been in philippines for 20 days so far. I booked it for a week. Went to another hotwk after my week. Didnt like the hotel an came right back here. This place was very convenient an safe. Id definitely recommended it to anyone. 」

「Great place and very affordable, Benji was super helpful and hospitable. Only cons is that the walls were not fully clean (not filthy by any means) and the freezer was clogged (needs defrosting). 」

「This property is good only for two guest. This property has no dining table, microwave too high on the top of the fridge, no space to move around. Super tight for 5 guest. However the bathroom is good size and water pressure is great. Over all ok for max of 2 guest only. Not comfortable at all. 」

「Great condo right in the middle of Uptown. Easy access to lots of dining and shopping at both Uptown Mall and Mitsukoshi Mall.」

「There was no sign to identify the location and the handicap entrance was down the block. This is a unit in a condo and they ask for a copy of the passport and vaccination card of you and your guest before arrival. It is an extremely small unit and in need of repair. The kitchen floor had water leaking from the refrigerator and the host tried to charge me 800 pesos for a bathroom towel rack that fell when I entered. The host also charged me 400 pesos for an assistant to buy some medication from a...

「It's very hard to find parking in the area. The property parking is very limited and always full during the weekend.」

「I liked that 4 large malls were about a 19 minute walking radius. Lots of restaurants to choose from if you are into authentic Asian foods. Security guards are there 24/7 and we flet veey safe.」

「Paid parking. We were quoted higher than the posted parking price. Roaches in the room, and difficulty contacting the person in charge of our room. We refused to stay in the condition we found the room in, and were refused a refund. I absolutely will never go to this place again! Pool is closed Mondays as well. Worst experience ever.」

「I like the view at the veranda facing the swimming pool area. Unfortunately the unit itself is not quite orderly. The tile floor is broken, no microwave to use if you need to warm up your food , washer is also not usable coz they said it’s defective. The veranda door is also broken. Cleanliness of the room isn’t ideal, the rugs used looks dirty and the floor underneath the rug was dirty. The aircon isn’t working that well. Bedsheets and towels should at least be changed since we’ve stayed there...
