Great communications with Mark and the accommodations were fantastic. It is still was a bit small for 4 folks but we survived fine and enjoyed our stay.

The area and condo were very clean! There also wasn’t a lot of traffic noise coming through.
The hosts were very helpful and on top of everything!

This property is good only for two guest. This property has no dining table, microwave too high on the top of the fridge, no space to move around. Super tight for 5 guest. However the bathroom is good size and water pressure is great. Over all ok for max of 2 guest only.
Not comfortable at all.

Although the room is clean , did not expect that the people who stays there is supposed to throw out the garbage , why ???
My recommendation for those who would stay in this place especially a family is a no , no please don’t , you’re going to be disappointed,

Total miss communication about the need to send forms & money to property. Arrived at check in time to find facilitator not available and despite proof of payment, Wotif confirmation, door code, netflix password .. after 3 hours of trying to sort (and missing our booked tour) we gave up and booked (short notice) somewhere else. They (the property) had my email, my whatsapp phone number, so I dont understand why direct communication was not done. My relictance was to send passport details to unknown property via email (no communication via Wotif until the week b4 arrival ... by then we had left NZ and had limited acess to internet). I also did not have passport details of other travellers (x2) they met me in Manila, as they are from a different city in NZ than me). I dont understand why you (as the property owner) cant pre-empt this by completing your part of the GAF and sending it to the checkin for us to complete our (passport) details upon arrival (Thats what security kept telling me .. if only they had the form with your signature, then our details could be added. Whatever, I dont feel your instructions were clear (I even checked with a friend of mine who is a lawyer, as to wether he thought the booking was legitimate ... as this WOTIF booking was not found by my app (I have had for more than 5 years) and the message from WOTIF was to consider it not legitamite. I am so dissaponted that this planned accommodation did not happen (& annoyed at the wasted time & money)
