「Great stay! :)」

「It was very very dirty when i got there. Toe nail clippings and small curly hairs all over the bathroom, there was poop on the back of the toilet seat, no toilet paper, dishes had prints and hairs all over them. I was scared to walk on the floor without socks. I went out after work and purchased my own cleaning supplies. The people upstairs were up most of the night yelling and playing music, every single night I was there. I mean it is cheap but i think clean-ish should be minimum. I tried to...

「I don't recall it being mentioned in the ad itself but there is a family living in the house right above the suite and their child(ren?) were very active in the morning. Starting at about 9:30 AM on both days we were there, we heard the kid(s) very, very loudly running, stomping, and crying, and it continued for at least an hour. I know that's not normally early morning but it sucked for us on our vacation because it woke us up both days. Luckily we were out of the suite for most of the day...

「Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised The overall experience was disappointing. The property was a basement unit, but this was not clearly specified in the listing header, which was misleading when booking. The living room was not properly cleaned, with trash found inside the couch and underneath it. The washroom amenities were also unsatisfactory, as used bar soap was provided instead of fresh soap. Additionally, the checkout time was 10:00 AM, earlier than the usual 11:00 AM checkout...
